- Contact name and email - both of these are needed so that the network administrator can contact you regarding this event if clarification is required. Please note that this will not appear on the website.
- Event title - the name of the event.
- Location - use the drop down box to select whether this is an event to be held in Kent or outside the county.
- Organiser - the name of the organisation/body running the event.
- Contact - the name of the main point of contact for this event.
- Contact phone - the telephone number for enquiries/bookings for this event.
- E-mail - the email address for enquiries/bookings for this event.
- Url - the web address for this event if available.
- Detail - use this box to provide information on the event. Please include details of the venue and any costs. You can also use this box to provide details of the programme, aims of the conference and target audiences. Please note that programmes can be attached to the web page as an upload (see below).
- Document - you can use this to upload a programme, registration form etc. To upload a file, select browse which will take you into your file system. Select the document you would like to upload and click on open. The document will be uploaded when you click the send button at the bottom of the form. The file cannot be larger than 2MB.
Once you have entered all the event details, please click on send. Your event will not be published immediately but should appear within 48 hours of its submission. If you experience any difficulties completing the form, please email kent.coasts@kent.gov.uk or contact 01622 221487.
