The Herne Bay and Whitstable Jetski and Watercraft Society (J.A.W.S.) are a group of sea sport enthusiasts dedicated to having safe and responsible fun off the Kent coast. JAWS are based along the shoreline that Canterbury City Council looks after, from Whitstable to Reculver. They have a good relationship with the foreshore team and work with them to ensure a safe environment to ride in. JAWS were officially formed in January 2003, after months of planning and research.
