• Contact name and email - both of these are needed so that the network administrator can contact you regarding this news article if clarification is required. Please note that this will not appear on the website.
• News title - a title for the news article.
• Location - use the drop down box to select whether this is news from Kent or outside the county.
• Date - insert today's date.
• External url - if this article already appears on your website, insert the relevant weblink here.
• Summary - provide a short summary/introduction to the news article here. This will appear with the link to the article and also at the beginning of the main article itself.
• Image - if available, please provide a suitable image to accompany the article. The picture file should be either a gif or jpeg and it's height/width should not exceed 150 pixels.
• Detail - please provide your full news article here or a link to the article on your website.
• Document - if you would like a document to accompany your article you can upload it here. To upload a file, select browse which will take you into your file system. Select the document you would like to upload and click on open. The document will be uploaded when you click the send button at the bottom of the form.
